Community Aging in Place is a program designed to assist Maine’s low-income elder homeowners age 60+ remain in their own homes as long as they choose to, and are able to do so.

- Energy Conservation
- Home Safety Assessments
- Home Safety Falls Risk Prevention and Education
- Home Safety Fire Risk Safety and Education
- Home Modifications for Accessibility
- Home Repair
- Connections to other resources to help maintain independence
Eligibility:
At the present time, services are limited to elder homeowners who qualify for fuel assistance because of funding restrictions.
